Hello friends,
I have a question regarding I-134, Affidavit of Support. I am full time student and I had a limited income last year, I was wondering can my parent file I-134 separately for my wife or do I have file for her??? Plz helps us, anybody who knows about that plz replies us. Thanks in advance plz reply as soon as possible.

Yes, they can co-sponsor your wife, combined income must meet the required income specified by USCIS.

Yes can co-sponsor, however most consulates want to at least see an I-134 from US Citizen/spouse as primary sponsor even though you are using co-sponsors.

Later when adjusting status, US Citizen Spouse MUST provide an I-864 as primary sponsor, and can use parent's as Joint sponsor.
