Hello:
I am very frustrated here.
My EAD was approved in March and I got a notice from USCIS in Apr. that my address is not deliverable. Weird, I don't move at all.
I requested resend right away and they said I have to wait for 30 days. After 30 days, I still haven't received anything. I called and they said they have no idea what's going on and will resend again. (They admit there is no tracking system in USCIS!!!) I asked can I pick up the document in local office and they said no. The standard procedure is to resend 3 times, if I still don't receive anything after 90 days, then they will "transfer the case to another angent".
What the hell? what's wrong with the knucklehead USCIS?
Is there anything I can do? I heard about people going to their congressman office for help. Can I get help from congressman office, too? Do I need special network to contact a congressman?
Thanks for the great help.

No u just go to their web site and send them an email. A case worker will then decide whta to do. Go to google and if u know his name just type it in and then click on search. You'll have his web site right on. If u dont know his name just type House of representative or Senate. In the web site they have a link to the zip code search. Enter the zip code and u'll find your county representative. Good Luck!
