HI!
On form DS-156K where is says marital status what should I put?
It states that you if you are presently married you are not eligible for a fiance visa. This form came as part of my K3 package, so I guess they are using the same for for K1 and K3.
So should I just leave it? Or fill in my wifes name and add that its for the K3.
Thanks for any help. Lots of paperwork to do!

Hi Cornishman!

As far as I know, the DS-156K is only for K1's. At the US Embassy in Rio website it specifically says DS-156K (only for fiancé visas). I had the same doubt, called them yesterday and the lady said: No, you are K3, you do not need that form, only 2x DS-156.
