Our K3 was forwarded to the embassy, so we wonder what forms should my husband prepares for the Embassy to forward to me and how do we get those form should we just download it ...does the embassy send it to me in package 3 or he will just download it and fill it and notorize it ??? and which form we should fill is it I-134or I-1864????

I'm pretty sure I - 864 is for adjustment of status

I think, the US Embassy/Consulate will mail the instructions to the petitioner/beneficiary. In most cases, it is I-134 for K-3, but you may check with your Embassy. I would like to hear what others have to say.

I know that the embassy will mail me the instruction but I am just trying to get all the thinsg i need so it would be ready when I recieve thepackage and iwill just send it ...
so my question does the embassy mail the forms of I-134 too???or he just can download it and fill it
If you go to the Downloads tab at the top of this site and click on K-1 forms, you will find a downloadable (sp?) I-134.
