My wife has her k3 visa interview on 22 June at the embassy in Manila. She spent 7 months in Singapore back in 2004. Does she need a police clearance from Singapore or is it only if she spent 1 year or more there. I really dont understand.

I believe you need police certificates for all the places you have lived a year or more since the age of 16
