Does it look like I am missing anything for my application to remove conditions? When sending evidence of joint accounts do I need to send statements covering multiple months/years or just one that shows we have joint accounts?

• Copies of the passports and green cards of Ian Link
• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizen friends, attesting to our relationship and marriage.
• A copy of our 2006 and 2007 joint US tax return.
• Copy of joint title to our house
• Copy of joint deed to our house
• Copy of joint contract for purchasing our house
• Old apartment lease
• Statement from Bank of America showing our joint home mortgage
• Copies of joint home insurance
• Copies of joint car insurance
• Copy of our visa cards showing a joint account. (Card numbers are the same on each card)
• Copy of our health insurance cards showing a joint policy.
• Statement from Bank of America showing joint savings account
• Statement from ING Direct Bank showing joint savings account
• A copy of our airline itineraries from our joint trips to the UK in August 2006, UK in January 2007, Aruba in March 2007, UK in March 2007 and UK December 2007

They will want to see documents that span the length of your marriage -- you do not have to include every single statement, but enough to show continuity throughout the marriage.

Other than that, your list looks pretty good!

I sent Bank statements, utility bills, credit card statements and health insurance statements form 1.5 year ago, 1 year ago and a recent one (three of each proof showing the span of time). Good Luck

I sent pretty much the same thing, however I sent them the last three years of my tax returns...

other than that everything looks great, make sure you are using the most recent application....

check and recheck the fee amount...

oh BTW, we also included everything on a cover letter (really your preference), we did that to make the life of the adjudicator easy.....

we always use the money order instead of the check to pay, because with check the immigration office waits until the check clears to initiate your file.... just our preference really....

goodluck!!!
