No time frame and no submittal for a K3. Just get the I-134 and supporting documentation in your spouse's hands before the interview.

Well if you are a CR1 there is no timeframe that I know of. Once you pay the $70 fee to NVC you can submit the AOS forms after. NVC holds your case for 1 year of start before things "expire" and you have to start all over with USCIS. If you are K3 Pushbrk is correct.
