This all makes me sooo sad. Well not actually.....I am soooo happy for all of you but I feel like everyone in June has got approved but me. Anyhow, congratulations to everyone else and say a prayer for us.

hi i filed the i-130 in july and the i-129f aug and request an expedite on my i-129f and today they sent me an email stated that they transfared the i-129f to the local office for further processing so hopefully this is something good

We got a touch today!! Finally!!!!!

Our application is not lost in the back corridors of a florescently lit warehouse, collecting dust. Let's hope for no RFE's, and a quick approval....

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS Just checked my email, and update notice sent that says our approval letter was SENT TODAY!!! So happy....... hang in there everyone waiting- it's coming!

Congratulations on your approval.

I guess mine still have to wait for maybe another 6-9 months to get appoval because I am stuck at VSC.

No nothing new here.
We filed June 20th and had the NOA June 30 in mail (dated for June24th). Last touch was July 10.

Hang on everybody. The wait will soon be over!

Same here, I have no expectation at all for any touch or approval soon. Because they said to my husband that it will take at least 9 months. Oh well... we got no other choice.

I finally got a touch. Sept 18th and today Sept 19th. I updated my address online though yesterday so maybe it was just the updated address that they added to my file. Still feels nice. At least I'm hopeful now.

Wow...I haven't seen this thread in a while. I can't believe everything has gone stagnant. I figured it might happen with the transfers. Hopefully it won't be much longer. Keep the faith people. It's only faith that's brought me to where I am now.
