It wouldn't let me *not* answer the last one. There were no choices that were acceptable. I live in an 1830s-1840s era house. There's no way I'd move to a "multi-family" dwelling. I live in a small town. There's no way I'd move to a city. So, no choices for me.

*I live in 6 unit apartment building in a medium population density area.

Where would you prefer to live?

*I dunno. My ILs have a pretty sweet deal: A huge house with big yard with a nice view of the Weser in the middle of their 15k town.

What changes would you be willing to make and why?

*I would do any of those things, but the last one only at the special request of my husband. I am not really all that interested on my own in living in a small town.

Apartment in suburb/exurb (I'm not sure exactly which category Columbia, MD is), prefer stand-alone house or prefab in urban/suburban, looking to move from multi-family to single-family.
