It has been three months now since my I-751 NOA (CSC- March 7th) and I have still not received my biometrics appointment.

I have called the 800# three times, received an "inquiry" email response and been for an InfoPass appointment and they all say the same thing - "your appointment is still waiting to be scheduled by CSC, there is nothing we can do".

Interested to know if anyone else has been waiting this long and any other ways I can find out what the delay is.

it took us 60 days to get bio fron CSC. we had called #800 3 times, got info pass appt. and wrote to our senator. the bio letter came with the inquiry letter. good luck.

The key to this is how quickly your district office is working.

Hello!

I have been following your timeline as it is very similar to my own and I am also from the UK. From what I can gather from the reading the forums, things do seem to be moving slowly at the moment. I have just filed my I-751 last week and they have not even cashed the check yet which is unusual!

I hope you Bio Appt. comes soon. I can't offer any advice on what to do as I haven't encountered this yet, but please keep us posted.

Regards,

Good luck with getting your biometrics appointment fixed.. I am going through a similar situation with my N-400 application, it has now been about 6 months since I filed that application and nothing.... I spoke to three different officers so far, the first said nothing had been sent and not to worry, the second told me they would use the I-751 biometrics and the third said they wouldn't touch my N-400 until my I-751 had been approved (now 15+ months and still pending)...
