Hi! There. of course you are going to need that I-94. That will be attach to your pass port by the officer at your POE. You will need that later when you file for the Adjustment of Status. stuff like that.

Congratz pala. Aalis kana pala. Hindi naman mahirap mag adjust dito. kong kailangan mo ng kaibigan doon. sa friendster ka mag hanap. doon ko nakita ang mga kaibigan ko at ang baba.it nila. ingat ka sa biyahe mo.

Actually, flight attendants will hand in forms while you're in the plane enroute to your POE. You will fill them out accordingly and then will present it to an immigration officer upon entry. He/she will tear the Departure form (I-94) and will keep half of it along with your records while the other half (the small one) will be attached to your passport. Make sure to keep it safe because you'll need a copy of it for your AOS. If you'll lose it, I believe there's a fee to request for a copy from USCIS.

Good luck and have a safe trip. Welcome to America!!! good.gif

The answers are in the thread you just posted in. To see one, google "I-94 form". This is really simple stuff.
