My fiancee got her visa last Friday. she scanned and e-mail it to me.
Under "annotation" they spelled my name wrong. They swabbed my initial.
The first letter of my last name became the first letter of my first name and vise versa.

Should she bring it back for correction? How? should she just go to the embassy?
will she have trouble at point entry?
will there be problem later to process other forms in US?

Thank in advance

I doubt the embassy will let her in without an appointment, so she can't just go back. I would have her call or email the embassy (check out the embassy review to see how they respond most quickly) and ask them if it's an issue and what would be required in changing it. Congrats on the visa and good luck! good.gif
