The case number on 1751 NOA1 and Biometrics appointment letter are both different. I cant see the case status online for either one.
Any suggestions.

Yes, the two case numbers will be different. That is normal. The NOA number will not work on line - the Biometrics case number is supposed to. You might want to wait a few days just in case they are late updating the information, and then perhaps call the Help Line and ask to speak to an immigration agent for an update if it still doesn't work.
