Start by reading the guides about bringing family members to America. You would start with the I-130 application with supporting eveidence and you would be filing for an IR-1. The forms are siliar to the spousal application you filed before....only a different category.

Good luck!!

The I-130 pp mentions is for an immigration visa; you mention a visitors visa in your subject, so I assume you don't want them to stay, only to come for a vacation for a few weeks/ months? If so, it is not you who files but them. Them tourist visa is called a B-2, and your parents will need to show strong ties to their home country (job, own house, family etc). You can't do anything, though some people say a letter of invitation from a USC can help at the interview.

Send a letter to your parents inviting them to visit you in the US. Tell them that you will provide them a place to stay and pay for all their expenses. Tell them to take the letter to the local US consulate and inquire about visitor visas. Most likely, you will need to show income and assets sufficient to care for them during their stay. Be careful and follow all the rules because it may affect your green card status and eventual application for US citizenship.
