I RECIVED A LETTER FROM NVC REGARDING THE AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT FEE OF $70 INCLUDING A COPY OF DS3032 SO IT MEANS DS3032 IS THE CHOICE OF AGENT?????
NEXT QUESTION:
WHO WILL FILL UP AND SIGN THE DS3032, THE BENEFICIARY OR THE PETITIONER????
3RD QUESTION:
CAN I EMAIL THE DS3032 CHOICE OF AGENT WITH THE SIGNITURE OF THE BENEFICIARY OR THE PETITIONER?

IM ABOUT TO SEND THE FEE OF $70... TOMORROW... IS THERES ANY CHANCE FOR ME TO EMAIL THE NVC REGARDING THE CHOICE OF AGENT? (DS3032) TODAY????? OR DO I NEED TO PAY THE FEE FIRST BEFORE I SEND IT THRU EMAIL?

The DS-3032 and AOS fee are on two different tracks.
You CAN send the DS-3032 whenever you want.
Once DS3032 is generated you don't have to mail it, just send an email following the instructions on the link below and it will save you a lot of time.
In my case, I'm the beneficiary and I've chosen my husband to be the agent so I singed the DS 3032 and mailed it to NVC since at that time I didn't have the choice to use the benefit of emaling it. My understandig is that the beneficiary is supposed to choose who's going to be the agent, it can be yourself (the petitioner), your spouse (the beneficiary) or an attorney.

i would like to ask if its ok for my husband to fill that out and sign in the beneficary and scan it then email its? the ds3032 thanks a lot
