I'm getting my wife's paperwork to lift her conditional status since it expires next month and had a question about the child part in part 5. I have listed her children from her previous marriage (They don't live with us, waiting on an I130 for her daughter though) but we had a son together, our first child as husband and wife, and unfortunately he passed away in November 2007 from brain cancer. Should I list him on the I-751 or can I just include a birth and death cert in my evidence with a note saying what happened? Currently, I did not add him to the form.

our little baby boy died 12 days after he was born.. I did include him on the form... and just wrote deceased in the part where it asked for the address.... and I included his hospital certificate and death certificate in the evidence

i am sorry for your loss rose.gif

Sad; but adding him is still additional proof of having a bonafide marriage.

Yeah, I'll add him. Thanks for the help.
