One of my female friend petitioned her husband here from Pinas. 2 months ago, the guy left her with no reason at all. We think that he used her as a passport to get here in US since his sister is 2 hours away from them. He got conditional visa and he's almost a year here in US. She just want to know how she can prevent his husband to renew his visa and send him back to the philippines. Thanks in advance

I think your friend need to notify or send a letter to the USCIS about her husband leaving her after he arrived in 2 months here in the US. She should state in her letter that she believe that the man she married used her as a way to enter here in the US. Maybe she can ask an advice from them(USCIS) what to do how to send him back in the Philippines, coz' she believe that the man was a fraud of marrying her and she will not going to support him after his conditional status expire.
