As I understand, all EAD I-765 ©(9) is processing NBC, Lee's Summit MO and AOS will transfer to local office, then what about AP I-131 where does it go?

also, what does service center do? In service center processing dates has I-765 ©(9) section as well, what does it refer to then? cuz that date is a month faster than NBC, i was just hoping.
