The lawyer sent my I-130 on April 15 and still no NOA1 should I worry?

NO, some times it takes a few weeks to get your NOA1!!!
I never received mine and I sent in my I-130 on March 31. I went to the bank to get a copy of my cancelled check from USCIS and the receipt number was on the back. I looked up the number on the USCIS website and printed off the info there. I called USCIS to see if I can file my I-129 without the NOA1 and the lady said, yes but include the paper you printed off the website with the receipt number on it. I'm sending in my I-129 this week inshallah.
