I am working on my I-751 form and supporting evidence. There's a LOT of supporting paperwork, and I was wondering if each of thse pages also needs to have my name and A# on it. Or is that ONLY needed for extra paperwork that is needed to comment on any questions on the I-751 form itself.
Just confused with the instructions saying:
Instructions
Please read these instructions carefully to properly complete this form. If you need more space to complete an answer, use a separate sheet(s) of paper. Write your name and Alien Registration Number (A #), if any, at the top of each sheet of paper and indicate the section and number of the item to which the answer refers.

Actually on all my documents I scanned them to my laptop then edited them in word by describing what the document was and my A# and name as a header.

The instructions I believe just refer to what you fill in on the actual I-751 form, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to put the A# and name as a header on my 112 docs smile.gif

Good luck!

Good idea if they should drop a pile of petitions having papers fly all over the place!!

I put my name and A# and application type (I-751) on all of the pages in my package. I figured that way if any pages became separated or lost they would know where to assign them when found. It was a little bit of extra work but I figured it was worth it as an added insurance.

Will do the same. Thank you for the advice...

Not needed - But do what makes you comfortable - the package I sent wasn't too big (about 40 or 50 pages only) and fit nicely in a medium size paper clip. Good Luck

Lol...Believe it or not, I actually did that highlighted header (Name and A#) on the 100+ pages that I had. I agree, it doesn't hurt (well, except my had felt numb for after writing that for a few hours), as it's "better safe than sorry" to write such. Don't worry, the time will pass by quickly while you're doing it while watching tv. And as a bonus, you'll know your A# by heart too...lol...

I did sign/add info for any attachments but I didn't for the rest of the paperwork for the I-751/I-485 processes. I did do that for the I-129F/K-1, but actually just printed what info I wanted on address labels and attached them to the documents (of course, attachments I actually signed, etc instead of using the labels) so that might help cut down on writing so much and still add your info to the documents.
