What to bring:
1. Passport
2. Appointment Letter (2 copies)
3. 2x2 pictures (3 pcs. minimum)
4. Black ink pen

The most important thing is Money..last time they posted that their Medical Fee was $95 so i computed on the prevailing rate (Php45.00) but when I was on the cashier they told me the Medical fee is Php5,000plus i forgot the exact amount and asked about the posted amount and they said some blah blah explanation
. So I guess better call the SLMC first and asked the exact amount so it won't be a problem..It would be better also that she get all the services including the vaccination, cause if even she won't get the vaccination it still included on the fee.Sounds goofy but somebody told me to drink sterilized milk or tomato juice days before the medical for good result..I guess it worked!!!
She can go there now if she has the appointment letter already eventhough its not yet June 16..

Don't forget the 3 pcs of US Passport size photos.
yeah.. i forgot to tell you the medical fee.. i had my interview last May 27&28, 2008, medical fee is 9,387.40 pesos.. just bring extra money incase they changed it again. God BLess...
