Today I received my 1 year extension letter and my biometrics notice which is next week. Nice of USCIS to give notice!

I sent my package on May 16th to the TSC and my letters both say TSC on them. I guess that eventually it might be transferred to VSC.

I have a wee question though. As I got the extension letter, does this mean they accepted my evidence and we won't get an RFE for more evidence or does the RFE come after the NOA extension letter and biometrics?

Congrats - that's fast for TSC - giving me hope for when I submit our package in a week or so!

I think they can RFE anytime from now until 'card production ordered', sorry

Just checked my case status online and they transferred my case to VSC. I figured that would happen!

No, getting the NOA is basically just your receipt - they acknowledge receiving your submission and are extending your green card status for a year while they adjudicate the petition. You can get an RFE at any time. They probably haven't even looked at any of your evidence yet - just put it into one of their folders and removed the cheque for cashing.

I also received my NOA and notice for my biometrics today. And I also just checked that they also transfered ny case in Vermont. Lets hope for the best
