I love Hip Hop,Pop,Rap and i start to listen and like Rock cause my fiancee loves Rock music . so i have to respect the lady and love some of her favorite music LOL .
by the way she does not like my music cause she think Hip Hop is just swearing and bad words.

I would say that Hip Hop is my fave! But I do have a love for country, rock (not heavy metal rock) and international music! My husband is kind of like you, he will listen to rock because of me but I will tell you that he doesn't care for it much. He says its like they think they have to scream the words

My favourite style is true-country (which I can't listen to at home anymore, as Pras doesn't really like it), followed by praise-worship (which we do listen to at home, in car, ...).

Hmmm none of the above. I know there are too many choices to include them all. But right now my favorite is alternative/indie rock music (a better known group like The Killers, that kind of sound). To me that's a big difference from hard rock and soft rock.

But I also like hip hop(with clean lyrics), Christian music, hippy sounding music, Indian music...

Out of those, hard rock or metal. I generally like a fast, heavy beat as I usually listen to music while I'm walking/working out. If I sit down, it has to be classical. I've also only ever been to classical concerts, with one exception. If I'm at a nightclub, it's hard to beat goth/industrial.

I love Christian music to refresh ur soul!

I'm a classic rock... '70s & '80s type of guy. I can't get into today's music nor rap. I listen to Thai music a lot now though when I'm at home.

New age, classical, soft rock, some country, hard rock, classic rock, Celtic, Native American Flute and Drum, etc. Not too fond of hip hop and rap...hard to understand and watching these kids and adults make all those hand gestures...it's so hard not to laugh. Meh, to each his or her own I guess.

For me it would be everything from classical opera to 50's to R&B to heavy metal, but alot would depend on what listening mood I may be in

I can listen to and enjoy any type of music except country and gangsta rap. I love hard rock (that's what I chose), but I like pop, classical, booty music, rnb, heavy metal, techno, Italian, etc....

My vote: I like "soft rock" music. I admit, I'm a sucker for slow romantic songs (lol...I'm sure my husband can attest to that fact too)...

Funny though, I'm not much of a fan of country music, even though I now live in a country/rural area, where pretty much everyone plays that type of music around here.
