Its 11:15pm at night here in California and I believe just got my NOA2 email.

I cant believe I recieved it at 11:15pm, so late at night!

So now I believe it goes to NVC and then to US embassy in Kiev

Any idea how long it will in NVC?
How long it takes for the embassy to send her the package?

Congrats! I believe the average time it's been taking at NVC is about a month, however not 100% sure. I received my NOA2 on march 10th and it left NVC on march 26th, we now have our interview date on july 7th.
Maybe NVC has sped up, but i doubt it considering it's summer.
But congrats, and hoprefully you won't have to wait more than a month, i dont think you will!

Yes I am happy, I joined this forum 2 days ago and when I realized three months after their processing time some people still havenot recieved thei NOA2, so I became very worried!

It took 26 days to leave NVC, but the interview was scheduled for like 3 months 12 days after.

I have a question for you. Is everyone supposed to receive NOAs by email ???? I did not write any email address ... I thought all notices are coming by postal mail.

Congratulations OP. Check your portals page (at the top of the board) for other couples going through Ukraine. Their experiences will help you a lot since each consulate is different in what they request from you and how long it takes. Good luck with the rest.

MAYBE CSC is now working in shifts to clear all the I-129s We can only hope. I have been seeing a lot of approvals on Igor's list recently. I am an April-filer but seeing those approvals gives me added hope.

it will take about a week to get and to leave NVC, than depends on when the consulate is going to send the p3, because from NVC to Consulate it only takes about 1-2 weeks to get.

Because this is a K-1 petition, it will be processed very quickly at the NVC. Please read my recent post for information on how to track the petition through the NVC and to the Embassy.

Also, DO NOT WAIT for the information package (formerly Package 3 & 4). You can download it directly from the Embassy, and begin preparing immediately. Download the package from here. You can also have your girl download them in Ukrainian from here. These files are executables (.exe) that will extract the documents when you run them (I promise... no viruses).

Congratulations! your petitioner will receive a hard copy of that NOA2 by snail mail.
USCIS will now send your papers to NVC, case number will then be assigned. NVC will then send your papers to the US embassy of your country. so it depends also where you're from. your petitioner will be sent snail mail informing him/her that you (beneficiary) will receive a letter from you consulate, case number is also written in that letter. here in the Philippines the beneficiaries usually call US Embassy, Manila once case number is issued by NVC. here, usually 2-4 weeks after NOA2, the papers reach USEM.
