My fiancee passed the interview today, only asked a few questions. Only one question asked about me, the rest of the questions was about her. I was surprised it was that easy, we didn't have an engagement and didn't have picture of us together. Out of the 6 interviewed at the time, she was the only that passed and with the least evidences.

Did you have a good "How we met statement" and timeline in your I-129f? Having an engagment isn't required for a K1 visa, in HCMC it helps but many other countries don't care about it.
