No I don't want any congratulations emails,
I do however want to inform my fellow immigrants that it took me 10 months at VSC, so be patient, and hang in there. If your NOA date is around this time, approval time is coming soon.

Cool. I'd congratulate you but I wouldn't want to offend you.

Well, I certainly won't congratulate you, then, because I am fundamentally opposed to individual congratulations threads.

I would also point out that it's hard to predict what will happen to people who filed directly at VSC around the time you did. VSC still has to clear out older TSC petitions from May and June. Apparently, they are approving direct VSC filers from time to time, but not with any degree of regularity.

no congrats from here.

i will, however, thank you for the post. as our noa is two months after yours it gives us a date to pin our hopes and plans on.

and the godfather2 was a good movie also.

Just sent our petition yesterday to Vermont.

I know I am in for a long wait.

Happy for you! Thanks for the update.

Would you have an evidence list to share?

Thanks

Thanks for info. In Jan you have stated that you sent i-751 end of July. So, it took them abut month to issue first NOA. Looks like VSC is doing Aug/Sep direct filers and May/June transfers. The priority time is April; so, prob we should expect min 10 months to process (more like 10-12 months).

Thanks for the info. Our NOA1 was 8/20/07 and the biometrics were done on 9/7/07. Our case hasn't been touched since 9/10/07, right after biometrics.

We sent a little more info, such as insurance policies showing each other as sole beneficiaries in the life insurance policies and other joint financial assets and liabilities.

As James was saying, they may be processing some of the old TSC transfers before the original VSC filers from August and September. We'll keep checking the USCIS web site to see how things are going.

Take a look at the VSC tracking thread. They are processing old TSC transfers first. Well, they are supposed to be, they haven't approved people on our list in ages.

I have a very strong feeling your case will go through review in the next 3 weeks, please do keep updated, I am curious to know.
Best Wishes
