So what does it mean when they say that my AOS case has been transferred to the California office?

Did I win something? Can I stop paying for all these applications? Wishful thinking I know.... blush.gif

Yes, you have won the AOS pool! You may now join the case-transferred thread in the AOS forum. Congratulations! laughing.gif

Being transferred to California often means that your AOS will be approved without an interview - so yes, you won something!

I know it is frustrating waiting 6 months - try waiting 22 months with 9 of those after a transfer to CSC too and with no RFEs. You're together; be happy for that and know it is coming, probably very soon.

My AOS was transfered to California in March and was approved with no interview in May with no RFE's. My son on the other hand had an RFE, so I sent back what they wanted and now I'm waiting on his approval. Mind you, some wait longer, or not that long at all after they've been transfered. Just keep checking your emails if you signed up for that.
