When does a person supply an I-134 during the K3 process???
my understanding of filing a k-3 visa for a spouse is to first file an I-130 along with a G325. Then once you receive a receipt for filing an I-130 you send a copy of the receipt along with an I-129f form and another G325. Am I correct? Please correct me if I am wrong as I am about to beging filing for my wife and I don't want to make any mistake that will cause for our application to take longer than it actually does.
