If you go to Immigration Timelines and do a timeline search you can see that the VSC is taking between 4-7 months to process CR1/IR1 visa petitions so you might get an NOA2 by the end of June or July if everything is in order.

Reehon, nobody knows what's happening inside USCIS

It is a blackbox - we input application (most imporant is the fee

) and one day it will spit out with error (RFE) or success (approval)

This dept. has to be completely revamped
