So I am the proud owner of an electric Weedeater. I no longer have to beg my son to come over, or fret about the city giving me a ticket cuz of my grass. (never got one but how embarrassing THAT must be!)

Meet my leangreenweedeating machine.
Oh, now I have what might sound like a really dumb question...if the grass is wet..is there any electrocution danger? I mean water and electricity cannot be a good combination

Damn this grass. Actuary Jenn! is there a risk number attatched to this type of activity?
Jackie

K&O...my prayers to you that this does not get you down too much. I know when your life is in Sh@t its hard to even think of anything optimistically. I feel that terrible feeling in my stomach always and I am very sorry this happened to you

.
Maybe a much better door is opening for you and the fact that this one closed will not seem so horrible in the coming days.
With love,

We used to have a Maine Coon cat that if you waded up paper into a ball and throw it he would go get it and bring it back to you like a dog

Yes! That's exactly what Boo does with the TP wrapper. But only with that, no other type of ball. Weird.

bleh, electric. gas powered baby!
unlikely a chance for electrocution, however, weedeating when the grass is wet means it will clump up. best to wait when it's dry.

My Mrs. Ivory LOVES crumply paper. She won't bring it back though. We have a pedastal fan with a circular base that slopes downward and she always takes it there, drops it on the base of the fan, and then proceeds to play soccer down the hall. Shes fast too! Its hilarious to see her face when I crumple up a piece of paper. She will stand at attention the entire time until I throw it. We even have to be careful coz she'll creep up and steal papers from our desk lol. Totally obsessed!

I hate weedeaters. The string gets locked, not to mention they're dangerous if too close to ur feet, they make ur back hurt after a short time. My dad always did the weedeating and I rode the riding mower....

nooooooooo where in the booklet does it say you will soon be covered, head to toe in green grass shavings

It works!

I had to assemble it! omg. But that was ok. I think I have to go back and get a replacement pack for the string.

Jackie........you can buy a spool and wind it yourself. Much cheaper, and if you put the thing together, I'm sure you can figure out that. Mine has an arrow on the bottom telling you which way to wind it.
I wonder if you wind it the other way what happens????????????
