As per NVC, NVC mails appointment letter. Will consulate also mail the appointment letter ???
NO,consulate will not mail appointment letter. NVC will mail appointment letter to the petitioner and beneficiary/applicant in this case, if the applicant dont receive the letter(there is possibility with some cases I found on VJ), then petitoner can fax or mail copy of it, cause without the letter applicant will not be able to do medical exam.
