Hi Everyone,
So I am expecting my interview date anyday now **fingers crossed** so I have been getting organized, putting together all my files/evidence/forms etc!! When we submitted the original I-129F form, Glen sent in a letter of intent stating we were planning to be married. I remember seeing somewhere you need to bring a NEW letter of intent to the interview? What should that one say?
Thanks,
Jill

We used the original letter and changed the wording to say we still had intent.

We just changed the date of the letter, and the addressee!
Yep, and I added that I intend to marry him within 90 days of his arrival into the US on the k-1 visa and stated when our wedding was planned for.
This stage of the game is so exciting!! I hope you get your date soon.

Hehehhe, my fiance just made it more emphatic - it was very sweet:-). I believe the need for the additional letter of intent is included on the list of documents requested by the Consulate.

We did the same letter but changed the date and that he STILL INTENDED to marry 90 days within entry into the U.S.
