I just updated James's Shortcuts on Wiki page in STEP 0 to add how to receive IRS tax return transcripts via phone.

I called 1-800-829-1040 and tried to order transcript but got frustrated with complex terminology used by IRS. Finally after some struggle were able to order transcripts for 2007, 2006, and 2005 for free.
