When my wife get's an interview, do/can I go with her to the interview? As a petitioner, do I go through some form of interview myself as well?

As a U.S citizen its your Right to enter a U.S consulate in foreign soil... yes U.S citizens cannot be denied access to a U.S consulate in foreign soil

I was under the impression that we're not allowed to go into the interview with the beneficiary, but we can accompany them to the consulate and wait outside the room ... That's what I've heard ... No plans to fly to India for the interview at this point -- saving whatever vacation I can for when she comes HERE
