Just got off the phone with an operator at the NVC. And although my AVR hasn't changed yet, our case went to "COMPLETE" as of today. The operator read the complete statement to me about interview scheduling, and actually sounded very happy for the news she was giving me. They schedule based on embassy availability in the 2nd week of the month, for the following month. So it is looking real good for a July interview date!!! YES!!! Thank you everyone for your help and support!

I think thats just a standard thing they read about the scheduling in second week stuff. I've seen people get dates assigned throughout the month, so maybe you'll get a date with the week!! YAY!! COngrats.
