Hi all,

Does anyone know what's required to travel to Canada from US (accorss the border) for a Russian citizen with Green Card? We were planning to driving up in a few weeks, but just wanted to make sure that there are no obsticles since she's a citizen of Russia.

Thanks a lot,

Mike.

We took the passports and greencards when we drove over.

We did not have any problems at the border either way.

Solely as a Russian Citizen travelling solely on a Russian passport, Yes... she will have problems...

However, as a Russian Citizen who is also a LPR of the USA (greencard holder)... all is good.

Bring whatever supporting docs you have (passport, birth cert., SSN card, etc.) just in case. Shouldn't be a problem as they'll probably just check her green card only. But, if you've got backup ID, that's always good.
