All right here's the deal..
My wife is here on visitor Visa, and her I-941 expired on February....In december we filed an I-539 extension for her visitor visa.....and no reply till now...we have the receipt of the application to show that she's lawfully present.
.our I-130 is completed and NVC is close to complete...we submitted all the paperwork, marriage certificates, birth certificate, Affidavit of support, except the police report.


Now she has to go back to finish up the police report paperwork to be submitted to the NVC....
The question is:

Once the case is complete at the NVC, would there be ANY issues at the cairo embassy since she has the pending Extension? Would they consider the receipt enough proof that she was lawfully present or would that cause a denial of the IV application?

PLEASE HELPPPPPPP...she was supposed to leave tomorrow but we had to wait until end of June until we get a good answer for this question.
