last week my fiance received an email saying that NVC will send our papers to USEM. we havent received any letter from USEM yet. we would like to make an appointment with SLEC. is it possible to get a medical appointment even if there is no letter from USEM yet? what can we do? thanks a lot in advance..any tip will be greatly appreciated.

Let ur fiance called manila embassy and inquire if they received already ur case and ask for an appoitment interview.
Yes you can have medical as long as u have manila case number.You bring the letter from NVC sent to ur fiance.

call US Embassy Call Center. see if the Embassy already received your papers. if yes, just give them your mnl case number and then let them know when you wanna schedule your interview. they'll send you an email confirming your appointment date. print it out and take it with you when you have your medical exam

Its OK to call with out that LETTER, I had a friend who received the letter 3 weeks after they called for interview schedule.
