I dont know about this one but I use kayak. Kayak takes all the major online booking sites and gives you all there prices so you dont have to shop around. It will show you whats cheapest. Also, sometimes if you buy a ticket within the philippines you can get a better rate. It may be worth looking into.

why not try expedia.com, economytravel.com or vayama.com.. or better yet, just ask your fiancee to buy from a travel agency @ her place, wag lang yong sa mga big malls like SM coz most often mas mahal sila.

fare rate changes by the hour or by the day, the promo rate at this hour may not be available in a few minutes or the fare may drop tomorrow so it would be best if you monitor it for a few days muna before buying.. and be sure you are monitoring 3 sites at the same time para mas macompare mo yong rates.
