They ve recieved both and then they sent my husband to pay 7O$ which i recall is not a k-3 step n for CR1?!?! but either way i let it go ... then now im recieving a "choice of agent and address" form that is also for CR1 im sure!! and im k-3 n they know it!
does anyone have any idea whats going on here?
Even tho you filed both the I-130 and the I-129F, intending to go for a K3, the two petitions are treated separately. It appears that your CR1 is ahead of your K3, so that is what they are treating it as CR1 now. Go for it; the CR1 is a better visa than the K3 anyway.
