I didn't file my taxes on time, could this affect my citizenship application? I don't have any explanation, I tried to file with my paychecks because i moved and i didn't receive my w2 forms but nobody say about other options and i thought it's ok to do it later.

You are OK. I assume that you have filed by now, if they RFE you or ask you at the interview, you can provide a copy. Many people file late or under extension - as long as you do provide them with a copy of the recent tax return you are OK. Good Luck
