our petition has been approved last Jan.17, 2008...my husband in he US just paid our (me & my son) Immigrant Visa Fee 2 weeks ago, what would be the next step??? Please help if any of you has similar case. we've been waiting for this petition for 6yrs now...

It would help if you filled in a timeline and gave more info about your case.

You need to go to the National Visa Forum to ask your NVC related questions. After the IV bill is paid the NVC will send the choice of agent the DS-230 coversheet.

Thanks for the reply diana. but i got a little confused, bcoz we received the Choice of Agent mail first, mailed it back to NVC then the IVF bill which my husband paid last May19, 2008...anyway, we'll just wait for the next instructions.hopefully, it won't take long....
