So we sent the K-1 ivsa to Vermont in early April and have been "touched" once....and now we wait!

Quick question - my love works in Canada and his currenct job will be over in late July. Is it reasonable that he comes to NY to "visit" me during the rest of the process? He has a home address in Canada so that is not an issue........
