i have question about the i-864 part 7 question 26 because i got RFE , i forgot to add the statement with i-864 & i also have joint sponsor
i have put saving ant checking balance of $ 15000 , i got bank statement of $ 12500
so do you think i should send the statement the one with $ 12500
or should i add my other bank statement


please let me know, i really need to send this today

The amount you put on the I-864 should be equal to or less than the evidence you provide in the form of bank statements and other supporting documents.

Otherwise, anyone can say they have $100K in savings but if their bank statement shows $5K, it doesn't add up.

you should include what on your bank statement.
let said your bank statement is 15k then put in 15k and the bank statement
that prove that you have financial

well i just send one with $ 12500 but when i send the i-864 on may 23, i have put it $ 15000

Now let see what happens
