Hi all,
I will appreciate all the help I can get!

I filed an I-130 for my parents. Upon approval, I have sent I-864 and about to send DS-230 to NVC.

Question: How do I add my baby brother (16 yr old) to the petition. What are my options, besides waiting for parents to come over, then filing I-130 for brother??

Thanks.

You cannot... I-130 has no derivative benefit feature.. AFAIK

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it.
I just thought there had to be a way since they couldn't be expected to immigrate and leave minor child behind.
Oh well...

They don't care about who's left behind if they give a set of parents their visas. Unfortunately, you or your parents will have to file for him and wait for a visa interview.

Thanks for the reply Diana.

I find it odd that Parents would contemplate leaving minor children behind.

But its their decision, not USCIS's.
