I am totally new to this I have a fiancee that I am trying to get to the us. I have heard so many different stories about who is good who is bad. She cannot handle the process by herself I need a very profession outfit to help with the submission process. Any and all feedback and ideas are very welcome and appreciated. BTW both of us are single, neither of us has childred. She is currently unemployed and I am a business man in the USA in California

The paper work she will fill is just the G 325A and in the guide there is a sample.. Most of the paper works will be fill in by you.. Just my thought..

thank you I will look into it. Were you stateside most of the time or did you spend time there?

All you need from her for the initial petition is the 4 signed copies of the G325a and original letter of intent to marry. They are very simple forms and
the examples are easy to follow.
You can
follow the guides to submit the rest.
If you would prefer to hire someone in the PI, then I would suggest visiting the regional forums and asking people there.
good luck

most of us in the PI forum filled out the forms ourselves. And many of us, the USC's, were in the states for most of the process. Your Fiance will have to fill out some of the forms online, but that's easy enough to do at one of the many net cafes there.

Fiance visas are pretty easy.
First time around I used an agency in Cebu.
LOTS of promises but ended getting ripped off and denied.
DON't use Olvis Travel and Immigration.
Best to do it yourself.

How did they hurt the process. Didn't they review your paperwork? Why was it denied the first time?

It's better to do it yourselves. VJ Family is here to help.
In our case, my fiance hired a lawyer. It seems that I know more about the process through the help of VJ than she does.

There is nothing difficult about the whole process.
Basically gathering information and putting it into forms.
If you hire someone to help you, you will still have to gather the supporting documents yourself, then turn info. to them and let them put it on a form.
Waste of time and money in my opinion to hire someone to do the process for you.
Filing the initial paper work is 85% your part, your fiance only has a little info. to submit to you. You have to turn it in at first, not her.

Most of the thread I read here who hired a lawyer/agency to process their application/papers regretted. The last one were friends who had the same interview schedule as mine. It's a waste of money and time.
Ryan and I were able to accomplish everything with the help of VJ family.
