can I apply my land property deed (asset) towards the I-864?
would that be possible or help me any?

also can i use my "State Income Tax REFUND" stub to apply towards the AOS I-864?

NO....

Your income that is considered on the I-864 is your "gross" income.... Your gross income already includes tax withholdings so including a "refund" is a double dip

You can use property as an asset but you will need to provide proof of it's value. Also Assets are only worth 1/3 that of income.

A Tax refund is income you already reported on your returns as gross income. You cannot use a refund AND gross income reported on your returns and add them together, the refund is already included in the gross income amount reported on your tax return.

Look in Affidavit of Support info in the guides.

Basically, your employer letter should state "To whom it may concern: (first name, last name) has been employed full-time with the XYZ Company since 200_ as a (name of your job), and is an employee in good standing with an annual salary of $XXXX. Signed, John Doe, Supervisor (or whatever title)" The letter should be on company letterhead.
