Hi all

I went to college in western New York about 15 years ago. Anyone know how I can apply for a police check from there? Or do I need to get a 50 state check? (If there is such a thing)

thanks

You do not need a US police check for immigration purposes... USCIS has access to all pertinent police databases, as a result of being a component of the Department of Homeland Security.

There is NO police report for USA.

This is handled by the name checks, by USCIS, NVC, and Consulate.

One less thing for you to worry about.

Thanks to both of you, sometimes I feel my head is being done in.
