I have looked through the forums and at the examples, but am still unclear...

There are not enough lines on the G325A for all of my residences and employment. Do I fill out the first few in the lines and then add an extra sheet? Or put "see attachment" on the first line and list my complete history on an extra page?

I suggest putting G325 A Attachment as the heading of your extra page and listing your residences and employers. This is in case the attachment gets seperated for some reason.
