My fiance finally talked to the embassy and he was given schedules on June for my interview. I am interested to have my interview on June 24. Would it be possible to have the medical exam, 7 days prior to the interview? Would it just be fine? So, I would like to have my medical exam on June 16. Is this schedule not too tight for the result of the medical exam available during the interview? What do you think?

As long as there is no complications or additional testing/interviews needed for the medical it is fine to have it no less than 7 days before the interview. The medical normally takes two days to complete and then they say they need two days to get the results over to the embassy so you should be fine!

Basically, with the IV appointment site, it's one week before scheduled interview is the appointment date for St. Lukes. So i think,if you decided to have medical one week before your interview that's okay but make sure you don't go at St. Lukes with your "menstrual period" coz if you do , the urine test from you will be pending and they will ask you to return when your period is done already to complete the test.

Good luck.

Oh my goodness shape! That makes me worry a bit. I hope my period will not come on those dates that I will have my medical exam. If for instance, the urine test will be pending due to the monthly period of the applicant, will it also follow that the whole medical exam result will be jeopardized or delayed and consequently, the schedule of the interview will be postponed or rescheduled? I just hope it will not.

Then if you are not so sure that your menstrual will come or not yet on those days, it is better to have early medical let's say 2 weeks or 3 weeks before your scheduled interview. It's okay though to have early medical. smile.gif
